Our location in the Philippines enables us to tap an excellent resource of university graduates with impressive English-speaking ability, which we enhance with accent training and cultural awareness seminars in order to strengthen affinity with US culture and customers.
Our facilities include an 11-floor tower (3,500 square meters) in Cebu City and a nearby sprawling beachfront facility (8,000 square meters). Both locations have high-speed connectivity and redundant power supplies. The telecom and IT infrastructure along with the available office facilities allows for quick ramp-up and scalability.
